Every box includes a web chat app and an admin screen.
The first call is free (30 minutes).
Yes. The software is Apache 2.0. If you run it yourself, your only costs are your AI usage and whatever computer or server you run it on.
Some. You need to be comfortable installing Docker and following a README. If that sounds like a foreign language, that's what setup is for.
Yes. Like any AI, it can give a wrong answer. It answers from the information you give it, and I test it with your real questions before it goes live. Training covers how your team can spot a bad answer and fix the information behind it.
Hosting is month-to-month. When you stop, I export your box and hand it over so you or your IT person can run it yourself.
Yes. I'll look at what you have and quote the move into hosting. It won't cost more than the $800 setup.
Working with health records? When you run a project yourself, you choose an AI provider and host that fit your compliance needs. Our hosting and builds don't process patient health information.
